Archaeologists in Year 8

Last Friday Year 8M students became ‘Archaeologists’ and excavated choc-chips from a cookie. Using small skewers and toothpicks as their tools they carefully performed the delicate extraction.  Some students found their artefacts melted and realised the importance of preservation.  The temptation to eat the ‘artefacts’ was a little too great for some!
