Justice Crew’s lead member, Solo Tohi made an appearance at Cedars Christian College’s EXO Day yesterday entertaining the students with his dance moves and also running a dance workshop.
College Chaplain Carol Ramsey says that Tohi was a late and welcome inclusion to yesterday’s program after one of the DJ’s pulled out at the last minute.
“We were absolutely ecstatic to have Justice Crew’s own Solo Tohi make a live appearance at our EXO Day yesterday! We were very privileged to have such a talented, well known artist coming to Cedars,” she said.
“We couldn’t have been more excited about that turn of events.”
He danced to Justice Crew’s latest song titled, ‘I Love My Life’ a song that ties in perfectly with the theme of EXO Day – ‘Life is Excellent.’
Mrs Ramsey said, “Solo shared his story with the students and also put on an exciting dance performance and dance workshop for the kids yesterday; we were thrilled to have him.”
EXO Day is an annual event celebrated by Cedars and many other schools around the country and is designed to encourage young people to enjoy life. It is an outstanding afternoon with fun rides and activities, great food, wonderful entertainment and a guest speaker. It is 100% organised and staffed by students (with staff supervision). Another purpose of the event is to encourage young leaders to influence and inspire their peers to consider a relationship with Jesus.
