Feeding, changing, rocking anything to stop their ‘babies’ crying. It all began last weekend for our Year 9/10 Child Studies students.
Our students experienced the life changing reality of caring for a ‘baby’. True to life with accurate physical features, life-like neck movements and real infant sounds, these babies require feeding, burping, rocking and nappy changing to keep them from crying.
Returning Monday with a little less sleep than normal, our Child Care studies had an eye opening experience of life as a parent of a new born baby – (at least for a few days).
